Stefania is a brand shaped by Roman heritage. It brings authentic Italian flavours, traditions, and culture to Kuala Lumpur through food inspired by the Reali and Cristofari families.

The brand reflects decades of family cooking, starting from Hosteria Amedeo in 1958. Each outlet under Stefania follows the same standards. Honest ingredients. Traditional techniques. A warm, welcoming spirit.

The brand honours Stefania Cristofari, the mother of Executive Chef Diego Reali. Her legacy guides the flavours, approach to quality, and respect for true Italian cooking. About The Chef

Chef Diego Reali, Third-Generation Italian Chef in KL

Executive Chef Diego Reali comes from a long line of Roman restaurateurs. He trained under his mother and grandmother, both known for their mastery of traditional Roman cooking. His career spans Europe and Asia, where he led respected Italian kitchens across Kuala Lumpur. Diego’s philosophy is clear. Protect tradition, respect technique, and honour the flavours passed down through his family. His dishes highlight clean flavour, precise cooking, and the warmth of real Roman food.
